While Paris Hilton may no longer be as big a celebrity as reality stars like former BFF Kim Kardashian, the 30-year-old heiress claims she’s the pioneer of being famous for a lifestyle.

“There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original,” she told The Associated Press. “There is nothing like me.”
A fellow Hollywood socialite from birth, Hilton grew up with Kardashian, also 30, and served as a mentor for her buddy, taking Kim to her first Hollywood parties. As UsMagazine.com previously reported, Hilton flew into a rage last August when the Kourtney and Kim Take New York star ignored her at a Las Vegas bash. “It was jealousy,” said an insider.
While the girls made up at an Oscar party last month, Kardashian told Harper’s Bazaar of their friendship. “There comes a point in life where you just grow apart and you realize you’re not as similar as you thought.”
Still, Hilton, who was promoting her new shoe collection (the latest addition to her 17 product lines including handbags, fragrances, and clothing), went on to say that she’s exactly where she wants to be professionally.
“I have done everything that I wanted to do and I feel very blessed that I have been very successful in every area,” she said. “So it’s very exciting. There is nothing else to do!”
Claiming to have the “best fashion sense,” Hilton added, “The girls all love my style. When they buy my products they can be like me!
NATALIE Portman apparently used a body double for her Oscar-winning role in Black Swan.
The movie beauty bagged the Best Actress Academy Award for her turn as unstable dancer Nina in the film last month — but has since faced claims a body double was used for most of the complicated ballet dancing scenes.
American Ballet Theater dancer Sarah Lane recently told Entertainment Weekly, “Of the full body shots, I would say five per cent are Natalie… I do want people to know that you cannot absolutely become a professional ballet dancer in a year and a half no matter how hard you work. I’ve been doing this for 22 years.”
Now Fox Searchlight bosses have issued a statement to address the criticism.
“We were fortunate to have Sarah there to cover the more complicated dance sequences and we have nothing but praise for the hard work she did. However, Natalie herself did most of the dancing featured in the final film,” said the statement.

Actress Reese Witherspoon is reportedly all set to don a Monique Lhuillier designed wedding dress for an engagement she’s been less than forthcoming. US Weekly has all the details on Reese’s alleged nuptials.

Colored red-and-white, the wristband reads “We Pray for Japan” written in both English and Japanese and also includes Gaga’s signature monster claw sign.

Rihanna feels betrayed by her father Ronald Fenty after Chris Brown assaulted her. The pics were leaked across the internet and you could see the damage that had been done to her face, a fat lip and some serious bruises on her face. Rihanna was lucky to be doing well because not all domestic violence cases come out the same and some women/men don’t come out of it alive.
What would a father normally in this situation do? Most fathers would console their daughter, encourage them to get a restraining order, and most fathers would be on their daughters side. What does Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty do? He cashes in on the tragedy that could have cost his daughter her life. Rihanna was shocked that someone from her own family could use her for their own personal gain, let alone her own father who helped bring her in to this life.
Interviews from Vogue and US Edition revealed how Rihanna responded to the news, “You always think, Not my family.” “But my dad went to the press and just told them a bunch of lies. He hadn’t talked to me after that whole thing, he never called to find out how I was doing, if I was alive, nothing. He just never called. He went straight to the press and got a check and now he does it again.” “It’s like, what do I even mean to him? It’s really strange and that’s the only word I can think of to describe it. You grow up with your father- you know him, you are a part of him for goodness sake! He does something so bizarre that I can’t begin to wrap my mind around it. Anne has also been asked about the nude scenes in Love And Other Drugs. Anne’s response is that she is playing a role and she is not as young as people may think. Princess Diaries was just her breakout role.

Depp apparently figured out how to tell when someone’s lying, especially in tense situations. He says, “If this guy is in deep stress and forced to act or lie in these situations that really are do or die, one of the things I’ve always been fascinated with people is they have a tendency where the register of their voice goes up when they lie,” Depp said. “You and I could have a conversation like this, but if I’m really starting to talk about something and I want you to believe me, the register goes up.
